Easy Returns & Exchanges
At Luxrolla, we want you to love your order. If something is not quite right, we make it simple to sort out. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Easy Size Exchange
If your item does not fit, we can send you the correct size without requiring you to return the original item. You only need to cover a small handling and shipping fee.
Size exchanges are available once per item and are not available for final-sale items.
To request a size exchange, please email support@luxrolla.store with your order number, the size you received, and the size you would like instead.
Returns & Refunds
Full-Price Items
Changed your mind? You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within up to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Discounted or Sale-Priced Items
Discounted or sale-priced items may be returned within 30 days for store credit. Store credit never expires and has no minimum spend requirement.
Free Gifts & Promotional Free Items
Any free gift or free item received as part of a Buy One Get One promotion or similar offer is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final-Sale Items
Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If any item — including sale items — arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or develops a fault from normal wear or washing within 30 days of delivery, we will make it right with a free replacement. No return is required.
