Shipping & Delivery Time
Each item is made to order just for you. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and postal holidays.
Here is our estimated timeline:
Processing Time: 5–7 business days
Your order is carefully made, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
Once your order has shipped, your package will be on its way to your delivery address.
Total Estimated Time: 10–14 business days
Most orders arrive within approximately 10–14 business days from the date the order is placed.
Please note that delivery may take longer during holidays, peak sales periods, severe weather, carrier delays, or other unexpected events outside our control. We always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost
We currently ship within the United States only. Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:
Standard Shipping: $6.99 for the first item + $3.00 for each additional item
Hawaii & Alaska: $25.99 for the first item + $10.00 for each additional item
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150
At this time, we do not ship to U.S. military addresses, including APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system. If your tracking does not show movement right away, this is normal. Tracking updates will appear once the carrier scans your package.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, or if it is marked “return to sender,” we will refund the product subtotal once the package is received back by us.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Luxrolla is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect addresses, missing address details, or forwarding requests made directly with the carrier after shipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. Sometimes packages may still arrive shortly after being marked as delivered.
We will help check the situation and guide you through the next steps.
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If an item is missing from your shipment, it may have been shipped separately. Please check your email for multiple tracking numbers, or contact us so we can verify your order.
Promotional Orders & Free Gifts
Any free gift or free item received through a promotion, such as a Buy One Get One offer or similar deal, is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives faulty or damaged.
Items purchased at a discounted or sale price may still be eligible for store credit, as described in our Refund Policy.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will make it right.
